Key responsibilities of community manager:

  • Manage our local/global community of startups and mentors through strategic and proactive engagement.
  • Recruit and connect mentors to roles for Tecbite accelerator programs.
  • Keeping acceleration program up to international acceleration standards (500 Startups, Y-combinator).
  • Engage the Techbite community through written mediums including newsletters, Slack posts, Line posts, and emails.
  • Provide general support to management team, connecting them with resources and mentors as needed.
  • Conduct community outreach initiatives to drive interest and participation from the startups.
  • Oversee operations for our Slack/Line/FB community.
  • Analyse engagement metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with special projects to support the founder and mentor community as needed.
  • Working with Sales and BD teams to attract sponsors.
