Flylab is an Agritech company based in Thailand. Built with an experienced team that have years of proven track record in the Insect industry, it is the first startup to harness the bioconversion power of the Black Soldier Fly to recycle agricultural waste into Food for animals and plants in Thailand.Flylab is using modern technology and Datas such as IOT, climate control, vertical farming and robotics to produce a sustainable protein for the future.and offers Insect Meal, Insect oil and Frass (fertilizer) to the Pet Food and Aquafeed sectors.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or similar is required
  • Experience in related fields 2 years+ is mandatory and experience in the Animal Feed Industry (Pet Food) and/or Agriculture is recommended
  • Thai National with good English
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and flexibility
  • Attention to Details, Professionalism, Teamwork, Microsoft Office
  • Location: Hybrid


  • You will be in charge of SMEs in the Pet Food and Animal Feed industry. Also sales targeting Livestock farms
  • Finding partners in the Compost and Agricultural sector (Cannabis producers and upscale crops) to process and sell our natural fertiliser
  • Organize sales presentations and ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
  • Reach out to new customer leads through cold calling, emailing and in-person meeting
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Analyze the territory and market’s potential, track sales and status reports
  • Interact with third-party logistics service providers, with Government agencies and Customs
  • Be part of promotions, product launches, Trade Fairs and other such activities
  • You will be in direct supervision from the Sales Director and the CCO and have weekly meetings with the Managing team (reporting, new inputs/ideas)

Package offer:

  • Salary negotiable depending on experience. Competitive commission package based on sales.
  • 2 weeks paid holidays per year plus 14 Thai Public Holidays
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, possible Saturdays and overtime upon request
