Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience in data-driven roles such as
performance marketing, biddable specialist, media optimizer, and digital
marketing-based. - Direct experience in digital customer acquisition channels optimization in
service business website is a plus - A minimum of 2 years of experience in E-service, E-Marketplace, or E-
Commerce platform - Exposure to performance media channels such as Facebook Ads, Google
Ads, SEM, SEO, Line Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter Ads, Native Ads, Audience Ad
Network, and other biddable ads, and non-biddable ads. - Solid knowledge of App Analytic platforms such as AppsFlyer, Firebase,
Google Analytics, Branch, MixPanel, Adjust, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data
Studio, and other Marketing Automation. - Demonstrate experience leading and managing projects with a sense of
ownership - Comfortable with multiple data sources to run A/B testing, multivariate
experiments, and incremental conversion models\ - Strong project management skills - Able to work in a fast pace working
environment while maintaining great attention to detail and working to deadline.
Responsibilities:
- Devise and manage end-to-end Media plan & strategy to raise quality leads,
drive registrants or website subscription figures and drive continuous usage
as active users. - Bidding & Optimizing media campaigns to drive conversion on a daily basis
to closely monitor ROAS (i.e. CPL, CVR, CPC, CPA) to achieve each business
goal. - Measure & Report media performance against KPIs & recommendations to
relate parties as a weekly basis to enhance campaign communication &
creative materials effectiveness. - Be an audience master who works with Data Analysis, Business
Development, Marketing campaigns, and Marketing Communication to
define the potential customer segments among several ads platforms and
owned media channels to maximize the conversion rate efficiency. - Monitor digital customer behavior and Identify new MarTech tools to gather
online marketing insight, performance analytic thought in the digital
landscape, and mobile app marketing. - Identify initiatives & techniques for improving KPI performance and
operation process including A/B Testing, Multivariate testing, customer
attribution model, and retargeting multi-touch journey to enforce the best
practices. - Track and analyze in-app traffic flow/ performance indicators, provide
regular internal reports, and identify improvement areas such as reducing
the drop-off rate, in-active cause, and improving the customer experience
for quick conversion of each customer journey.
