The Role

We are looking for a native Thai QA Engineer Intern to join our product and tech team for a period of at least 6 months part-time 15-20h/week or full time.

Responsibilities

  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
  • Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
  • Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
  • Monitor debugging process results
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies to implement best practices at Zaapi

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher in QA Engineering, Computer Science or a related subject
  • Native Thai
  • Professional English
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
  • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
  • Strong drive and desire to contribute to the product of a fast-growing tech startup

Location

  • Thailand, Bangkok (hybrid remote/in-office)
  • Possibility to work fully remotely if part-time
