About Alpha Venture DAO
We are a community of daring individuals who aspire to shape the future of Web3 by reinventing how decentralized applications are built, contributed, and owned. Builders can kickstart their Web3 projects with our complete ecosystem of Web3 users, investors, and innovators. Users can contribute and own Web3 projects early on. Token holders have complete access to Web3 innovation. You can think of us as a decentralized venture fund with community as its paycheck.
From 2020, our mission is to become an innovation lab that pushes ground-breaking products that maximize returns for cryptocurrency holders.
Our innovations have extended into an expansive ecosystem of products, including the world’s first leveraged yield farming platform, Homora. We have also incubated external projects as another mode to create and capture value, and further our mission of expanding the boundary of Web3 use cases.
To echo the ethos of decentralization, we believe that value creation and capture must be shared with the community. This is why we are expanding into Alpha Venture DAO and embracing the community to become a part of our innovation journey.
Responsibilities:
- Comes up with ideas and strategy to make the company become the top tech company sought-after talents want to work with.
- Comes up with a strategy and framework to recruit the right talents.
- Come up with new processes and improvements that make the company recruitment more efficient.
- Represent the company in events, groups and communities related to our recruitment goals.
- Be the key person in the company who has the knowledge of recruiting trends, landscape and where to find the right talents.
- Responsible for onboarding and off-boarding talents in the company
- Coordinates with internal teams to make sure the recruitment process goes smoothly.
